Pilates is all about getting in tune with your body again.

It’s about easing out tension, getting stronger, working on alignment, improving your core - and generally feeling much better in yourself.

Throughout every class,
I give options and variations so you can work to how you feel on the day.

In every class we’ll work on:

Posture alignment > Mobility > Mat exercises > Relaxation > Stretches > Breathwork

 FAQs

  • My pilates classes are suitable for absolute beginners & intermediates alike. I will guide you through every move and give options throughout the class as well, so you can find the level that’s right for you.

  • If you have a mat, bring it along. You can also borrow one if you’d like, as I will have some with me.

  • You can wear anything you feel comfortable in. Leggings, loose trousers, comfy tops - anything that lets you move freely. And if you have grip socks even better!

  • When you arrive for your first class, I’ll ask you to fill in a consent form. I’ll then go over this with you, and check any injuries or conditions we should be aware of. Then I simply give you alternative options throughout the class.

And I have a wide variety of people in every class including:

Shoulder pain, sciatica, hip replacements, knees replacements, osteoporosis and much more.

  • It’s £10 for the first class, and then it’s a block of 6 classes for £50 (so you get one free).

You can pay cash on the day or you can do a bank transfer if you prefer.

  • You’re welcome to attend another one of my classes if you miss any. So whether you’re on holiday, ill or just caught up at work, you won’t have to miss out on your weekly Pilates class.
