How it works for your team:

    Step 1

    Using their work email address, your team members will sign up and create an account

  • Mobile screen showing 'welcome to Aurabrae Online Pilates' email. The email says: " I'm so excited you're joining us for online pilates. I've pulled together all the useful info you might need including: your classes for this week (yay), FAQs etc.

    Step 2

    They’ll get a welcome email with all the details, FAQs - and links to their first 2 classes

 FAQs

  • You get 2x new classes every week. Each class is 20 minutes long. And there’s a new class every Tuesday 12:30 and Thursday 12:30.

  • You’ll get a weekly email every Monday with links to all the upcoming classes for the week which will be hosted on YouTube via a private link. You can only access the class via the link in the email.

  • Absolutely! I’ve designed the Pilates classes to fit around busy schedules. So you can follow along whenever suits you. You can access the classes through the Monday email.

  • Nope. The Pilates classes are hosted on YouTube, so it’s only me you’ll see on screen (see above ‘sneak preview’ video). So you can follow along without worrying about cameras… and you can even wear your jammies if you want!

  • My online pilates classes are suitable for absolute beginners & intermediates alike. Every exercise has options, so you can find the level that’s right for you.

  • You’ll need a mat (or rug) so you don’t slip. You don’t need any props, but you can add some if you’d like (such as a Pilates ball, resistance band or weights).

  • You get 20% off your first month when you click ‘sign up for online classes’. You’ll be taken to a payment page, where you enter your details and you’ll have instant access to your first 2x classes. Payment will be recurring every month & taken on the same day every month.

  • You can cancel anytime by simply following the link at the bottom of your weekly emails which says ‘Preferences or cancel classes’. From there, you can cancel your payment - so you’re always in full control.

  • It’s best to get clearance from your doctor or physio. I provide modifications for each exercise but always listen to your body & exercise safely.
