Just like you, I’ve spent a vast majority of my time stressed, sore, & achy - feeling like my body is falling apart.

The tension headaches, the back pain, the aching shoulders, the sciatica?! It was constant. Relentless. (I even ended up having an operation because of it).

But Pilates and gentle movement was the thing that saved me.

Through improving my core strength, increasing body awareness, coordination, mobility and my posture muscles, my body has felt better than it has in years!
