The sessions are suitable for everyone, no matter your fitness level: total beginner to avid gym goer. The key is slowing the body down and moving with intention. I add layers and progressions as the weeks go by, so you can progress at your own pace - and I guide you every step of the way.
You don’t have to be able to touch your toes!

Absolutely, the programme is designed with this in mind, and it will help improve mobility, build strength safely, and support better posture. Always listen to your body and adapt where needed.
The programme does not promise “pain-free” as pain is very complex, but it will help you move better, get mobility back and feel much better in your body again.

I want to be completely transparent: I’m not promising zero pain. Pain is complex, personal, and affected by many different factors.

Nope, just you and a mat (or rug). I’ve purposely kept it very accessible so you don’t need weights, bands or props.
But if you want to, you are welcome to add wrist or ankle weights to make it more challenging.

If you have an injury or medical condition, please consult you doctor or physiotherapist before starting the programme. The exercises are Pilates-style mobility and strengthening, and I give options throughout. Please stay at the level that feels right for your body.
